It was a big decision when choosing to invest in the Angenieux Optimo Ultra 12x. After all, with a hefty price tag we needed to be sure this would be a lens that would last the test of time and we are extremely satisfied with our decision to go forwards with it.

Since then we have been able to use it on some truly prestigious events. It is the goto lens for any full frame shoots, incredibly versatile with a beautiful cinematic look. It is the only lens that offers the 435mm FF/VV focal length at a T4.2 aperture.

Recently used in conjunction with the Panther dolly for tracking shots during music performances, operators and directors have both found it a dream to work with and the results truly speak for themselves.
