Verve is delighted to support emerging talent at the Kingston International Film Festival taking place 21st – 23rd June 2024. We have our very own award, the Verve film award for the Best Student Short Film, the winner receives £5,000 of kit rental to put to use on their next project. 

Kingston International Film Festival brings independent filmmakers, industry professionals and the local community together for 3 days with a multitude of screenings, workshops and events ending the event with an Award ceremony. The film festival is entering their 3rd year with judges including Adrian Wootton OBE, CEO Film London and British Film Commission, Tim Robey, The Telegraph fim critic and Shelagh Macleod, actress, and the latest ambassador to join Vanessa Redgrave and Mike Newell is India Amarteifio from Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story.
