Verve has had an excitingly busy September also facilitating an HBO comedy special for the up-and-coming 23-year-old comedy star Leo Reich. His hit show ‘Literally Who Cares?’ filmed live twice in one night at the Hackney Venue EartH. This show was a joint production between A24, HBO and was brought to fruition by Director Thomas Hardiman and DOP Nat Hill.
Using a combination of ARRI Large Format Cameras, Sony Full Frame Cameras, Angenieux, ARRI, and Sony lenses with our Live Multi-cam Telemetry system as well as RF support, we helped to bring cinematic quality to this live recording. Verve supported this project from start to finish with our hand-picked team of engineers and assistants as well as our extensive list of grip, video glue and on-site vehicles with OB support from EMG. We also welcomed our new Tech Manager onboard to manage and handle the project at the venue – Adriano Martelli, bringing his extensive background and knowledge with him to this production and many more to come.
A hilarious combination of comedy and songs, it is available for Streaming on HBO and Sky/Now TV
